Czech Sports Outreach
Develop a Christian sports league that mobilizes local churches into sports outreach. Since there are no sports programs in the schools, this initiative responds to a strategic vacuum and opens extensive doors for the gospel.

Festival Evangelism
Develop citywide outreaches around key national holidays in Estonia. This model has been prototyped in Tartu with great success and could easily be expanded to other locations.

Exit 316 - The Mission
Broadcast 43 episodes of an evangelistic program on Czech National TV from Sept 2008 – June 2009. Launch 400 evangelistic small groups in local churches. This broadcast and accompanying campaign will touch over a million people in one of the most atheistic countries on Earth.

Exit Tour
Using the momentum from Exit 316 TV broadcast, the Exit Tour will target 12 major cities in the Czech Republic. An American Christian band headlines this tour and leads the lectures and discussion groups, penetrating the schools during the week and hosting evangelistic rallies on the weekend.

Exit 316 – Slovakia
Using DVD’s and Bible Study materials adapted for the Slovak setting, launch a nationwide evangelistic campaign designed to start 200 evangelistic Exit Clubs.

“Fusion” Music Outreach
Reaching un-churched youth through a network of youth rock/gospel choirs and performing arts groups based in local churches. During weekly rehearsals the youth hear the gospel message and see Christ at work in the leaders and other Christian members. This ministry is already reaching over 160 teens every week in the city where it was pioneered, and many have already put their faith in Christ. God is now leading this ministry to expand all through Eastern Europe, including both year-round groups and music/performing arts camps and workshops.

Development of Evangelistic Camps
Our goals are to double the number of summer camps each year in Latvia. By 2009 our vision is to introduce a fall discipleship retreat and a winter evangelism camp, both of which will be cooperative efforts between local churches and JV Latvia. 2×3 Capital Campaign funds will be used to purchase necessary equipment for running simultaneous camps and provide for introduction of multiple church fall and winter retreats.

Rent a facility in the capital city of Ljubljana to use as a center for evangelistic outreach to Jr high, high school, and college students.

Dizmas
The band, Dizmas, serves in the Czech Republic with Josiah Venture. They travel with the Exit 316 Tour, building relationships, giving concerts, and sharing Jesus with the young people of Czech. After one tour in fall 2008, they will be touring again in the spring and fall of 2009.
