    Katrin Kikerpill

Born and living in Tartu, Estonia, Kati has been connected with Going UP (a ministry that is now called KOMA, which is Josiah Venture’s partner organization in Estonia) since 2002. She first became involved by attending the youth events organized by Going UP and then began to help out with different youth events and English Camps. This led to a calling by God to work as a youth center director for a year, and she is now working full-time as a pastor’s assistant. She joined Josiah Venture full-time in 2008.  She does administrative stuff (bills, reports, accounting, charts etc.), works with different teams, helps to host, works with office managing and translates when necessary. She currently studies youth work, and youth have always been passion. She sees that God has a plan for youth in Eastern Europe and is excited to be apart of it.

    Märt & Greta Saar

Born and raised in Estonia, Mart has a deep heart for the people of his country to know Christ, as does his wife, Greta Josefin. After completing his university studies in journalism, Mart felt God’s call to full-time ministry at the Josiah Venture Fall conference in 2007. Mart is currently the director of the KOMA ministry (Josiah Venture’s partner organization in Estonia). He works with church leaders from several different denominations and their youth groups. He also leads a youth-movement team that mobilizes youth to evangelize (through English Camps, Soccer Camp, and Festivals), build disciples, train leaders and send them forward to their unique callings. Greta studied medicine in Tartu for six years and specialized as a ear-nose-and-throat surgeon. Currently, she is at home with their two daughters, Wilma Loviisa and Noomi Amanda.

Tarmo was born in Estonia. Since 2002, he volunteered and helped with Going Up (a ministry that is now called KOMA, which is Josiah Venture’s partner organization in Estonia) in Tartu, Estonia. Believing so strongly in the ministry of Josiah Venture and being burdened for the youth of Estonia, he began serving full-time with Josiah Venture in 2006. Tarmo’s role was to start a children’s ministry in a Church called Risttee and also serve by doing graphical design and technical and administrative tasks. Daniel Vinalass

Although Daniel was born in Columbus, Ohio, his roots are Estonian. Both his grandfather and father are Estonian. When Daniel was just seven, his father moved their family to Estonia for what he thought would be a year of teaching English and getting to know his native country and people. However, one year turned into two, and two turned into many more…Estonia was home by then! Daniel began to serve in the Going UP ministry in 2001. He is currently the assistant director, worship leader, youth ministry co-director, and on the creative team for the ministry. He is also studying landscape architecture at the Estonian University of Life Sciences. Daniel has two children – Sony Ericsson (3 months old) and little iPod (1 year old in November).
