    Dragan & Anna Mitrovcan

Dragan Mitrovcan, (known to friends as Chaga), grew up in the city of Novi Sad (Northern Serbia) in an atheistic home under Communism. After he became a Christian, he studied and graduated from Bible college, then began a well-known music group called Ihthus Gospel Band. They evangelized across the nation using gospel music. While traveling with the band in Macedonia, he met his wife, Anna, and they both worked there for two years as missionaries. When he came back to Novi Sad with his wife in 1996, they began to work with the Baptist youth. Currently, their work involves encouraging youth leaders and assisting them as they build their youth ministries. Chaga is the director of MREŽA, a network that connects young people from different denominations in Serbia-Montenegro, as well as Josiah Venture’s School of Leaders, an innovative training program that equips leaders in five denominations. Chaga and Anna have a son, David, and live in the city of Novi Sad.
