    Lukasz & Jola Kropisz 

    In 2004, while a student in the Intensive Internship Program, Lukasz discovered his passion for middle school students and his call to ministry. That same year he developed Eldorado, a four weekend a year retreat ministry in southern Poland for middle schoolers by middle schoolers. In 2009, Lukasz turned the leadership of Eldorado over to the team he discipled for six years. In his local church, Lukasz is a teacher, middle school leader and elder in training. Lukasz became Vice President of Fala (Josiah Venture’s partner organization) in 2010. Since 2004, his wife, Jola, has served full-time as the Evangelistic English Camp assistant. In 2010, Jola began serving as Fala’s Operations Manager. Lukasz and Jola live in Zory.

    Michal & Sylwia Skiba 

    In 1997, Michal, a young and inexperienced youth leader, was mentored by a Josiah Venture missionary who modeled Christ’s life and ministry. Soon he and his youth group began leading evangelistic English camps to reach their community. Later he participated in, and eventually led, the School of Leaders and the Intensive Internship Program in Poland. For seven years Michal served as Vice President of Fala (Josiah Venture’s partner organization in Poland).  In 2010, Michal became the President of H2O, Fala’s camp & training center in southern Poland. In his local church, he serves as a teaching elder, worship leader and youth leader. Since 2009, he has served on the board of the Brethren Assemblies in Poland. He and his wife Sylwia and two children, Zosia and Filip, live in Zory.
