As a faith-based mission, our team members rely on individuals and churches whom God prompts to give toward their support.

    Katka Vlnova

Katka, like many other young people in Czech, came in contact with Josiah Venture through English Camps. This one-week camp in the summer of 1995 was life-changing; Katka accepted Christ as her Savior and began her journey as His disciple. She attended Lancaster Bible College in Pennsylvania and graduated with a degree in Bible in December 2003. Upon her graduation, she returned to Czech in the beginning of 2004 and joined Josiah Venture. Katka currently serves on the Bteam, walking alongside nationals throughout JV to use her experience in the area of care and training as a support to their existing ministries. She also serves as a consultant in the areas of women’s ministry, discipleship, and camps. Katka lives in Frydlant, and is involved in youth ministry at her church there.

    Katrin Kikerpill

Born and living in Tartu, Estonia, Kati has been connected with Going UP (a ministry that is now called KOMA, which is Josiah Venture’s partner organization in Estonia) since 2002. She first became involved by attending the youth events organized by Going UP and then began to help out with different youth events and English Camps. This led to a calling by God to work as a youth center director for a year, and she is now working full-time as a pastor’s assistant. She joined Josiah Venture full-time in 2008.  She does administrative stuff (bills, reports, accounting, charts etc.), works with different teams, helps to host, works with office managing and translates when necessary. She currently studies youth work, and youth have always been passion. She sees that God has a plan for youth in Eastern Europe and is excited to be apart of it.

    Marci Hajdova

Although Marci grew up in an atheistic family, God was merciful to her and she came to know Christ as her personal Savior through the witness of friends in 1997. As she grew in her faith, experiencing personal discipleship, she was later asked to join her youth group’s leadership team and began a small Bible study group among girls. With this opportunity for ministry came a special passion from the Lord for lost teenagers, as well as a strong desire to see young people grow in faith. These ministries opened the door for her to participate in English camps, as well as study in KAM´s Internship program which prepares new leaders for ministry. In 2005 she was asked to be one of the coaches and teachers in the program.  She continues in this position today, thankful to the Lord for fulfilling her vision to serve Him full time.
